I would list only the CITIES, then when you click on the city you see a list of the hotels.
Private service (only your group in the vehicle) round-trip transportation, 1-way from the airport to your Cancun hotel, or from your hotel back to the airport!
(Its not always CANCUN HOTEL)
UNIFORMED STAFF: If the picture on the "home page" is one of the guys in Uniform - fine, but if not you should have a picture of the uniform.
Its not clear to me what type of vehicles you have (Cars, SUVs, etc and how many peeps each holds.
I tend to "nit-pik" things - hope you dont mind.
good point about 'not always Cancun hotel'. we have enuff people to Mayan Palace and Aventura/Spa, to separate those out. yes, the fellow in the pic has the logo on his shirt. actually, it does say car for 1-3 people and van for 4-10. 
good point too about listing the names of hotels in the cities. there are so many, and the names change so often, it's almost impossible to keep up. ask MapChick.
