I'm planning a return to Cancun after a 15+ year absence. I'm wondering if anyone knows if a hotel once known as Gallerias Maya still exists downtown. It was on the north side of Claveles near the back and had a rooftop pool. Perhaps it's been renamed? I'm also curious if Plaza Safa still has it's little street side bar on Tulum or if the little outdoor cafe across the street is still in existence. Thanks in advance for any possible help.

Cancun has changed Much since your last visit. i did a quick Google search and did not see anything about that hotel. i also checked the CanDo Map www.cancunmap.com and it was not listed. perhaps it has changed it's name. tim
