this is all just hypothetical at this point. but we do not want to winter in Iowa again if we can help it. it's just to hard on my health and Kent is tired of dealing with his house and tenants in winter. and we happen to know of a place with mild winters.
we now can have a more normal life, and we're trying to figure out what that means. if we can do this, we just might. Kent is a Great chef and likes hosting people. i help, mostly by staying out of the way. we would have a car available, so that might be a plus for folks.
anyway, i'm just testing the waters and would like to know if this is an idea that would fly. would appreciate your feedback. tim
Anyway...I think it's an absolutely fabulous idea. Who the heck wants to winter in Iowa? Or Wisconsin, or Minnesota...you get the idea. Now that you can...get the heck outta Dodge, amigo.

no, this is just thinking out loud stuff. mostly, we are Tired of Iowa winters!!! closing in on 2nd most snow in recorded history here. how about there? tim
