Yellow Submarine is the song I use when I can't get another song out of my head (which happens more often than I'd care to admit :-) ). Works everytime!

I'd suggest you listen to the following CD's and see if anything strikes your fancy:
The Best of Gipsy Kings
Maná Unplugged
Soundtrack to "Six days / Seven Nights"
Soundtrack to "The Mask of Zorro"
Those, along with most of Sting's CD's and Indigo Girl's "Twelve O'clock Curfew", are required listening material for our trips to Akumal.

Go buy Ricky Martin's Vuelve and play track no. 14 (that is if you are doing canned musica) its a beautiful, romantic, "hear the waves crashing in the rhythm" kind of song.
Or you could do the Club Dance!

: brain is maxed out this week. Anyone have
: any suggestions?
I have this on several Elton John CD's, but the copy I have in my hand is "Elton John Love Songs". Song is "The One".....first verse (and yes, there are waves crashing in the background)..."I saw you dancing out the ocean, running fast along the sand...a spirit born of earth and water, fire flying from your hands. In the instant that you love someone, in the second that the hammer hits, reality runs up your sine and the pieces finally fit....."
picking up a CD by a duo called Monchi y Alexandra. It's kind of like Latin reggae, well not really reggae, it's not fast, don't know how to explain it, but everytime I hear their music, I feel like I should be on the beach. The style of music is called Bachata.
