Our cancellation policy is simple:

  • Public Tours: Call us by 4pm the day before your tour and we will refund you your deposit.
  • Private Tours must be cancelled by 12 noon the day before your tour in order for you to receive a refund.
  • You are welcome to call us to reschedule your tour if you wish. Please do so by the times listed above.
  • After 4pm on the day before your tour (Public Tours only) we still may be able to cancel/refund you, but you are taking a risk. If the tour is full and the operator cannot fill your space, you will lose your deposit.

Our Customer Service phone number in Cancun is 914-0290. Staff is available from 7AM to 8PM daily (with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year's Day) The number is on all tour e-vouchers (tickets) you receive. If you have any trouble dialing this number, ask the concierge or front desk staff to assist you.

If your tour is cancelled by the tour operator you will get a full refund or be able to reschedule with no penalty.

Booking Agents are Members of the American Society of Travel Agents and are English speaking.

Good Faith: You can really help us by calling to cancel the day before. It is frustrating when people don't phone and we have dispatched our driver or need to explain to the tour company that you didn't take the 30 seconds to phone.


Here are some of our competitors policies:

  • Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount of the reservation.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival date or no shows are 100% non-refundable.

  • Over 15 days, full refund.
  • 14 to 1 days, 15% charge of the total
  • Same day and no-shows no refund

And don't forget... with all competitors you paid the full amount up front.

THE FINE PRINT: You will receive an E-Voucher with a Confirmation Number within 24 hours of your Tour pre-payment. Also included will be Customer Service numbers. Initial Deposit of your pre-payment is fully refundable if you cancel, and are unable to reschedule, your Tour, IF you cancel by 4PM the day prior to your Tour (Noon for Private Tours.). Your E-Voucher is your proof of purchase and must be given to your Tour Director along with the remaining balance due the day of your Tour.
