Moon Palace does not have any good snorkeling areas. You will have to into Cancun and get on one of the snorkeling tours. Aquaworld has one that takes you to their man made island Paradise Island. You can go out on a boat or take a Jungle Tour, the tour thing will limit your time however the boat will dock at Paradise Island and you can snorkel to your heart content.... Enjoy
