Rooster cooked in a wine sauce

In Response To: what is Au Coq Au Vin? (carl/debbie)

Generally speaking it is a rooster cooked in a wine reducation that creates a wonderful broth. I have no idea what they used here, but I prefer it cooked with a rich, hearty Burgundy that makes for a very dark taste. If you have ever had Beef Bourguinon, Au Coq Au Vin is similar but with a chicken/rooster.
