You know, of all the people I've had the chance to meet in Cancun many have been very special, but none were more special than Tim's mom. My fondest memory of her was one night when Heather was about 5-years-old and she and Mom shared a sandwich. Heather is very shy and Tim's mom got her to open up, and to even share a meal.
We got together several times that week, and at the end of the week when we left Heather asked; "I guess we won't see 'those people' any more?"
The next year we did get together one more time. Those memories are special.
Tim, thanks for sharing your mother with us. She was a special lady.
